Ski in winter, swim and fish in summer, enjoy a relaxing getaway any time of year. This is a large cottage on a small lake in one of the most scenic parts of Vermont.
For winter guests, world-class skiing at Smugglers Notch is a short 13-mile drive, yet the rates are a small fraction of what you would pay right at the slopes. For summer guests, we provide use of a canoe, a rowboat, and/or a small (two-person) sailboat.
Many extras include a two-person outdoor hot tub, an enclosed porch with fireplace, large yard with swings, etc. for kids, a patio with charcoal grill and lake frontage with a firepit and picnic table.
The cottage has three bedrooms, a large full kitchen, two baths, washer and dryer, and is fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We even stock the fridge with a few food items for breakfasts, so it's almost like an unhosted B&B.

Dining Room
The dining table is in a separate area next to the large kitchen. For formal dining, it can comfortably seat about six people. Other space is flexible if you have more people sitting down for dinner.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom is on the second floor, with queen-size bed, and a sliding glass door that exits to an outdoor balcony. A second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and two trundle beds, which can be rearranged in flexible ways. Downstairs, a third room can be used as a bedroom or, if not needed for that, used as an extension of the living room. If you need more sleeping spaces, there's room for cots, etc., in many other areas of the house.
