The Screened pool accommodates a shaded informal seating are furnished with patio table and chairs the ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink after a busy day at the Theme Parks or shops
Sun-loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Accessible internally, via the Lounge, the garage is at your disposal for private parking.
Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local calls are free – (ideal for ordering take-away meals!) - and phone cards can be used for longer distance calls.
