Casa Olivia ...is a two bedroom, two and half bathroom, property with pool. It is not just a bare bones rental ... it is the place we call home when we visit Cozumel and so has all modern conveniences, and then some.

Casa Olivia is located in the popular Corpus Christi area, just around the corner from the church and only a few blocks from Chedraui, the main supermarket on the island. We are within a a few minutes of supplies shops and short 10-15 min walk to the town center, restaurants and shopping and the local beach bars No-Name Bar and the new Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville
The property offers two entirely separate accommodations, the main house with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and the studio with loft bedroom. Each with full air conditioning, internet access, cable tv, dvd, etc. The studio provides excellent additional accomodation for those travelling with teens or others who value their independence.

Our pool is brand new, fully tiled with feature waterfall and lighting. The deep section goes from 4'6" to 6'6" which makes it ideal for testing dive gear.

Our new 30' x 10' palapa balcony is great for entertaining friends or just lazing around with a good book. We are fully "wired". We provide a computer for guest use and our wirless internet allows you to surf the web from your own notebook outdoors.

*Please note - due to open plan staircases and pool depth, Casa Olivia may not be ideal for young children.
