The living room and master bedroom each have sliding glass doors which lead to a huge circular front deck that directly faces the Gulf. . It's quite common to see dolphins swimming just off shore. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have sliding doors and decks which face the Santa Rosa Sound. From these decks you will see the bridge leading to Navarre Beach, the Intercoastal waterway and mainland Florida. The kitchen breakfast nook windows face both the gulf and intercostals waterway.
