Sip your morning cup of coffee while enjoying the view. There is a secure parking area but you really don't need a vehicle. This vacation rental apartment is conveniently located so you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Porlamar. Directly across the road is a bakery for fresh bread and sweet rolls. There is a mini-supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment building and street vendors sell fresh fruit.

Sleeps 4 people; one double bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, linens and towels, air conditioned, pool, secure parking area,
24 hour security, high speed Internet, full satellite TV connection

The apartment is clean and comfortable but very basic.
The reason that the price is low is;
It has older cabinets and fixtures
There is a water tank in the apartment that supplies your water.
You need to open a valve twice a day to keep the tank full.
