PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Our vacation property is located on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking Cape Cod National Seashore. The main house, which has been featured in a national magazine and two books, enjoys views of sunsets, and even a peek of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from its rooftop deck. The informal guest house is just down a short trail from the Main house. It has a finely crafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a "space of our own" for older children. It is available (after mid-June) with the main house or separately.

House only: $975; or $600 for up to 3-night weekend

High-Season (6/28 - 8/29)
House & Guest House: $3200 House: $2400 Guest House: $1200
Low-Season (5/31 - 6/27 & 8/30 - 10/10)
House & Guest House: $2000; House only: $1400; Guest House only: $900
Off-Season (10/11/08 - 5/29/09)

Security Deposit
