Green View Villa is a beautifully furnished home equipped to a high standard for the perfect home away from home holiday. The villa is fully air conditioned and open plan, with two master bedroom suites, with multi channel cable television, radio/alarm clock, plenty of storage and hanging space and ensuite bathroom. The two twin bedded rooms also have multi channel cable television, alarm clocks and plenty of storage and hanging space. These bedrooms share the third family bathroom. The great room has a formal dining area, comfortable lounge section with plenty of entertainment, dining nook and fully equipped kitchen including separate crockery and cutlery for the pool area. The games area has an air hockey table, football table and electronic darts board. A stoller, highchair and travel cot are provided for young guests. Outside is the covered lanai and heated pool which back on to the golf course. For additional privacy Florida glass has been added to the base of the screening. A pool safety fence is provided for when children are present. Southern Dunes is a beautiful community on a fabulous golf course. On site facilities include pro golf shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant (children welcome), adventure play area, tennis courts, communal pools and a fishing lake. Within easy walking distance of the villa is a range of shops and restaurants including a 24 hour Walmart and chemist.
